wish i could give negative star, the agent noah elliott assisting me, misled me, took my payment out, when specified my date needed, received policy in mail, basically rip off, canceled policy within 2 weeks, wanted refund, they have yet to respond to me.. and to keep billing me. it's been 3 months, been sending 2 emails a month, call once a month, next call us better buisness bureau, i have all my documents, emails , proving i did everything to letter, followed all instructions to cancel.. fidelity life, is a rip off con

I cannot recommend this small, local business highly enough! Erik is incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and thorough as it relates to ALL things insurance and non-profit organizations. And? He's simply a pleasure to work with!

This is the second time that I am giving Marian Glen-Ellis a five star rating for service.

My problem this time was that I got a late billing notice from Nationwide-CEA regarding my payment for earthquake insurance.

The idea of not having my paid up home without earthquake insurance sent a punch in the gut feeling to me.

I called Marian, and like the pro which she is, she resolved my problem el pronto. She truly loves her job and it shows.

Our business has been with Fidelity for many years and have enjoyed a great relationship with everyone there. When the ownership of our business changed, Aliyyah and Eric came over and explained it all to us and helped us find more appropriate and cost effective coverage for our new needs. Aliyyah also was there for us when we had to make a claim and seemed to have the magic touch to get it moving along smoothly. I highly recommend them and the service they provide. It's a relief knowing you have the coverage you need.

I've been using Fidelity for figuring out the best insurance deals since buying my first house way back in 1991. Yes online services in insurance have improved a lot, but you can't replace the relationship and understanding that comes with having a long time agent. Marian has been able to navigate tons of different scenarios for home, car and umbrella insurance to always end up with the best deal every time. Recently she helped me figure out how to save more than $1000 on my teen drivers coverage, I'm still paying an arm and a leg but it was 2 arms and two legs.

I contacted Fidelity Insurance Service when my husband received an AARP membership for his 50th birthday. I had heard from a friend that you can get great home and auto insurance rates as a benefit of being a member of AARP. Fidelity Insurance Service is authorized to broker policies on behalf of AARP via Hartford Insurance.

What can I say? From the time I asked for an appointment online to my visit to their office, I was impressed at every step of the way. Steven (Holland) and Nancy (West) were professional, thorough and courteous. It is always our preference to do business locally and this experience is exactly why.

We are saving over $800 by switching from State Farm and I am one happy customer.

It has been a pleasure working with Erik Holland at Fidelity. As a new non-profit business owner ( I Can Do That Theatre Company) I appreciate his willingness to help me understand my options and make the best choices for my company. He responds to my emails very quickly which has enabled me to make choices and steps on the spot instead of waiting around. I can't recommend this company and Erik enough, I feel fortunate to have found them!
